Hostel Facilities

At present there are 12 boys in the boys hostel and two boys were handed over by Child Welfare Society, Dibrugarh. As there is no permanent Girls Hostel in the campus our secretary Mrs. Amiya Pathak has provided accomodation to Nine girls in her own residence. This has solved our problem temporarily. The Assam Child Protection Society recognized Mrinaljyoti as a Child Home for Challenged Children Vide Memo No. SCPS(G) 115/2012/45 dated 26th June, 2012.

We hope that the Government will provide us financial support to run the Child Home smoothly, as it is simply not possible to provide hostel facilities and lifelong care to these ill fated children with our limited resources.

Moreover, we need permanent Hostel facilities for both boys and girls to facilitate at least 100 more children in the campus.
