Mrinaljyoti Rehabilitation Centre has adopted two important policies they include the following:
Child Safeguarding Policy:
The Child Safeguarding Policy was created to ensure that all members of staff and representatives take steps at all levels to reduce the risk of harm to children in all areas of work. This policy includes protocols, procedures and guidelines for anyone within the organization to prevent and respond to child protection concerns when they arise.
Gender policy:
The policy commits to ensure that the contributions of both women and men are visible and valued; both women and men are listened to and exercise influence; and women and men have equal access to, and benefit from, information, assets, services and opportunities.
